We charge a non-refundable fee of ₹50 per audition video, which covers administrative, hosting, and evaluation costs.
Refund Eligibility:
- No refunds will be issued once a video is uploaded.
- If a technical error or double charge occurs, users can contact support within 24 hours of payment for a resolution.
2. Exceptions
- If your payment is debited but the video upload fails and does not register on your dashboard, we will review and refund or offer a free re-upload option.
